How to log in to business center

Hi,

After trying several times and never getting a confirmation email, I have now managed to set up a sandbox test account for the business center. However, the email I received as confirmation lists my Account Id and Merchant Id but does not tell me what my password is, and when I go to log in, the screen actually asks for an Organization Id, Username and Password. What are these values?

Trying to sign up for this test account has been one of the most painful experiences of my life as a developer. The support from Cybersource is simply appalling, and the entire process is confusing and badly documented. I have honestly never come across anything where simply making contact with support is so difficult. It even took five attempts to register an account here because the Captcha challenge never presented on anything except my phone.

Some help to simply log in to my test Enterprise Business Center account would be much appreciated as I'd quite like to get started integrating Cybersource with our software.

You can sign up to the Business Center the use of the e-mail cope with assigned to you via way of means of your organization, however you should be invited to the Business Center.https://bit.ly/3qCqo5I

You should be able to sign up for Sandbox environment here: https://developer.cybersource.com/hello-world/sandbox.html

The email that you receive should have a link to login as "Create" your password for login.

You can also use the cybersource app to manage your business wireless account. Use the myAT&T app to perform a variety of tasks, such as: View your bill.

Hello,

Log into https://businesscenter.cybersource.com with the merchant ID, user name, and temporary password that you received when you signed up or your reseller registered your business in the Business Center. As soon as you log in, you are prompted to choose a permanent password.

Since you did not receive a password in your confirmation email, it is possible that you did not complete the account setup process fully, or there was a mistake in the email you provided during registration. You may want to check your spam folder to see if the email ended up there, or reach out to Cybersource support for assistance in resetting your password.
