My team and I are currently integrating Cybersource 3D Secure (3DS) Payer Authentication into our merchant payment flow, and we would appreciate your guidance to ensure our implementation aligns with Cybersource best practices.

We would like clarification on the following:

The end-to-end 3DS Payer Authentication flow from Cybersource’s perspective
Interaction points between the merchant application, Cybersource, directory servers, and issuers
Key considerations for merchant integration, including frictionless and challenge flows

Additionally, we would like to understand:

The best way to engage with your support and technical teams for follow-up questions during implementation
How we can share scenarios or implementation details for technical validation
