While the sandbox registration is now fixed compared to my past post, the activation url gives this error on multiple browsers.

If the registration is working but the activation URL still fails, it sounds like an issue on the sandbox service rather than your browser. I'd report the exact error message, the activation URL (if it doesn't contain sensitive data), and the time it occurred so the support team can check the backend logs.

Thank you. I believe that the issue stems from their sandbox merchant service that is now offline
