In the EAC, go to Office 365 > Recipients > Migration. , and afterward select Migrate to Exchange Online. On the Select a relocation type page, select Remote move movement and afterward click Next. what's more, select the on-premises clients to move to Microsoft 365 or Office 365 and click Add and afterward click OK.
