193 - "The transaction is currently under review."
While sending a credit bank/echeck refund request with following bank details

I am getting :
"messages": [ { "code": "193", "description": "The transaction is currently under review." } ]
I tried this transaction on 14th July 2019 and still it shows under review.
Please let me know if we are sending the correct details, or if there's another way of ACH/echeck refund?

When the account was set up for eCheck you should have gotten information for any eCheck underwriting holding periods required for your account. If you contact customer support they should be able to tell you how long the hold will last. There isn't another way to process the eCheck refund in the system.
