We have an issue with the cancellation of ARB subscription. One of our members had her subscription cancelled and the cancel request showed that it was successful:
However, her recurring billing was still not cancelled and we had to cancel it manually on the Authorize.net side.
Can you explain how this happened and if there's a fix for this issue so that it won't happen again with other subscribers?
