I've been using the Accept Hosted redirect method with the sandbox account. However, even I have set all the settingValue to true, some of them are just not showing up, like the CAPTCHA, the shpping and billing information, and even the email field and Merchant name are not showing. I have turned on those fields in the payment form settings in my sandbox account.
Any advices for why these are not working?
