I have a unique case - I use Authorize.net as a payment processor, and I have interfaced from Authorize.net /omegle to QB Online using CloudCart Connector. In other words, I can import transactions from Authorize.net /voojio into QBO via CloudCart Connector:

I want to handle the reverse as well - if I create an invoice in QBO, I want that invoice to trigger authorize.net to initiate a payment.
Currently, CloudCartConnector does not support this case. Webhooks were mentioned to me, but I do not fully understand the webhooks. I understand I may need to set up some sort of API interaction. Can someone point me in the right direction who has experience with this functionality?
