AuthorizeNet.Environment not loaded in .net core

I have downloaded Authorizenet.Fork.AspCore2(1.9.3) API. but in this AuthorizeNet.Environment not loaded.

Please refer below code.

 ApiOperationBase<ANetApiRequest, ANetApiResponse>.RunEnvironment = AuthorizeNet.Environment.SANDBOX;
