We had a CC Transaction Approved through API and TransactionID returned..then when we looking in the Merchant dashboard we saw it was declined by Issuer. Is this going to happen?
If our user collects on a Invoice and gets back a TransactionID along with success notification then later it is declined by issuer we would not know it. We are new at this and appreciate all insight.
