I am integrating with the hosted page via a windows application. What I notice after i've generated the token and launched the hosted form is that the customer description or email isn't listed anywhere on the page. Is there an option in the settings when you retrieve the token to display this that i am missing?

It is currently not possible to display the customer information as you describe in the hosted payment form. I've forwarded your suggestion to the product team for consideration in a future release.
