I have created a sandbox(test) account in the CyberSource and I want to perform OAuth 2.0 flow in my web application. For this, I have to create an app in the Authorized Applications as per this blog (ScreenCapture ). I tried to create the app using the same steps but I am unable to find the "Add Application" button on that page (ScreenCapture). Even though I logged in with the user role of Administrator(ScreenCapture).
Is there anything else I can update to achieve create app functionality or need to configure something else?
