Just signed up for sandbox account but I can't access it because the log in credentials I created do not work. I'm at https://sandbox.authorize.net. I tried "forgot password" and "forgot username" but the "entered information that does not match our records." However, the username and email I entered is correct and can be verified by the fact that 1) I received a confirmation email with my API Login ID and Transaction Key and 2) I cannot create a new sandbox account using my very unique username, as the account is "already in use".
What is happening?

You may need to call AN, 1-877-447-3938,,##,,4
As a developer with only a sandbox account, to speak with developer support, you must press ## at the main voice mail menu, and then press 4 to get to developer support.
