CyberSource Webhook Configuration Issue

I'm facing an issue with webhooks in my Cybour payment integration. The webhooks are supposed to trigger upon a successful payment, but they don't seem to be firing as expected. Here are the details of my setup:

Problem:
After payment is completed, the webhook endpoint isn't receiving the expected callbacks from Cybour's payment gateway. I have confirmed that:

- Payments are processed successfully on the front end.
- No webhooks are received at my server's endpoint.
- No errors are logged by Cybour, and my webhook URL is correctly
configured.

What I've Checked So Far:

- Webhook URL: The URL is publicly accessible and correctly set in
Cybour's dashboard.
- Server Logs: No incoming requests from Cybour show up in the logs,
which means the webhook isn't reaching the server.
- Cybour Dashboard: There’s no indication of failed webhook delivery on
Cybour’s admin panel.
- Endpoint: My webhook endpoint works with other services, so it
doesn't seem to be a problem on my server.

What I Need Help With:

- How can I debug why Cybour's webhooks are not being sent or received?
- Is there a specific configuration on Cybour's end that could prevent
- webhooks from being triggered on payment success?
- Are there any common issues with Cybour's webhook system that I
should be aware of?

I came across this same problem and then I contacted support.
Below is the reply from cybersource support.

"As far as a webhook for every sale, this is not supported.
When you send your sale request into Cybersource, you will receive a response to confirm that the transaction has reached our end, and the settlement (capture) portion of the transaction will be put into a 'PENDING' status.  This status means that everything went smoothly for Cybersource to receive the transaction, and we are currently awaiting to batch this transaction out at the batch time (this occurs once daily at different times for different processors)."
