This is the code I get when attempting a transaction:
The following errors have occurred.
(97) This transaction cannot be accepted.
Account is set to Pacific Time.
Server Time is set via php.ini to date.timezone = "America/Los_Angeles";
Wordpress Time is set to Los Angeles
Hosting server default is MDT
I can't see a reason for the failure.
We need these timezones for a separate calendar feature to work correctly.
Any suggestions would be welcome before we give up and go to PayPal for this feature!
