Fraud Detection Generates False Positive for All IPV6 Addresses
We are getting false positive responses from your fraud detection suite for every visitor who comes from an ipiv6 address. This is an increasing number of users, and as of late, we were getting 5 or more false positives for every legit mismatch on the IP address, physical address mismatch.
It's 2019, comcast and most of the mobile networks are using ipv6 for all of their customers. What is the timeline for authorize.net supporting ipv6 for fraud detection?
I can see that people have been asking about this since 2016 without any official response. What is the deal?

They don't care; people have been asking for it since 2011 or earlier. You'll need to modify your ecommerce software to work around their deficiencies, by not sending an address on v6-sourced transactions.
