Get Refunds for single payment

Flow I did 

• Generate payment for $100.
• Successful , get Transaction ID.
• initiate Refund for above Payment of $10.
• initiate  Refund for above Payment of $5.

Is there any API is there which can give Refunds for Payment using transactionID?.
