Getting 57 error for subscription other than first payment ?
Hi Team,
I have created a subscription in my PROD authorize.net account,
Subscription 2 nd payment failed with transaction status as declined.
I have updated credit card details, now the subscription 3rd payment failed with transaction status as "general error", and 57 as response code .
Transaction Status: General Error (Processor error - An error occurred during authorization. If these errors persist, contact merchant service provider)
Authorization Code is not generated.
Could any one please suggest me what might be the reason.
