How to be automatic refund

I want to make my project automatic refund. I study the API.  But is not want of answer.

Someone tell me that  it is impossible. So I want to make sure it.

What do you mean by automatic refund?

Refund can be controlled by programs.

If there isn't one specifically for credit transation, you can change the transaction type.

Or you can pay someone to do it for you with Certified Developer Directory
