I am trying to create a duplicate subscription. What is the minimum time slack for creating a duplicate subscription. For single payments i may be 2 mins and it works, but not for subscription. Please help.

It is not possible to create an identical subscription. We use the following fields to check for duplicates:
subscription.article.merchantIDsubscription.article.customerInfo.payment.creditCard.cardNumbersubscription.article.customerInfo.payment.eCheck.routingNumbersubscription.article.customerInfo.payment.eCheck.accountNumbersubscription.article.customerInfo.customerIDsubscription.article.customerInfo.billingInfo.billToAddress.firstNamesubscription.article.customerInfo.billingInfo.billToAddress.lastNamesubscription.article.customerInfo.billingInfo.billToAddress.companysubscription.article.customerInfo.billingInfo.billToAddress.streetAddresssubscription.article.customerInfo.billingInfo.billToAddress.citysubscription.article.customerInfo.billingInfo.billToAddress.stateProvsubscription.article.customerInfo.billingInfo.billToAddress.zipsubscription.orderInfo.amountsubscription.orderInfo.invoicesubscription.recurrence.startDatesubscription.recurrence.intervalsubscription.recurrence.unitIf all of these fields are duplicated in an existing subscription, E00012 will result. Modifying any of these fields should result in a unique subscription.
