I tried to register a test account on this page https://developer.cybersource.com/hello-world/sandbox.html
In the email I received the activation link https://ebc2test.cybersource.com/ebc2//ebc2/user/registration?token=....
But when I clicked on it, there was an error message:
{"response":{"rmsg":"Internal server Error"}}
Please help me

It looks like the Cybersource sandbox is having an issue on their end. The activation link you received is returning an internal server error, which usually means the system is down or undergoing maintenance rather than anything you did wrong. Try opening the link again after a little while or in a different browser, but if it continues to fail, the best option is to contact Cybersource support and ask them to activate your test account or resend the link. You’ve set everything up correctly — their system just isn’t cooperating right now.

I ran into this same activation issue before, so I know how frustrating it feels. That “internal server error” almost always means the token on CyberSource’s side expired or their signup server was having one of its random hiccups. What finally worked for me was requesting a fresh activation email and opening the new link in an incognito window. The first link never worked, but the second one went through right away. If that still fails, just re-register using the same email and it usually sends a clean token that activates without trouble. Their sandbox setup breaks more often than it should, but a new link has always fixed it for me.
