Is there a SIM approach for Automatic Recurring Billing?

Our website uses the SIM approach to take payments. (Yes, I know it's deprecated, but it saves us from PCI compliance and auditing.) We would like to add Automatic Recurring Billing in this same format. Does that exist? If so, where could I find the code and variables to make a form?

Different payment service providers have different approaches and fee structures ... The payment schedule could be yearly, monthly, weekly or even daily.
