No completed payments for subscription - where to start searching for problem?

Hello,

I am testing my subribtions and they were working earlier. I looks like I have changed nothing. I have created subscription 2 days ago. After one day there should have been completed payment. But there is no one.

I see in my database there was some response:

MessageCode: I00001, MessageText: Successful."

Subsciption id is 

5574619

So where to search for problem?

Looks like start date is wrong - 2020 year, payments will not be made until that date comes.

Btw why cant I login and reset password? gettting error even when trying to reset password.

and also turns out that I am logged in but still see sign in button. So I thought I am not logged in. 

Oh, maybe tehre is seperate accoutn for this forum, and I click wrong login and forgot passowrd link. Now I see sign out and sign in links at the same time.
