Recurring Billing (ARB) Customer Billing Information Required Fields

Hi, I'm just wondering if First Name and Last Name are really required for ARB transactions?

I've found that topic http://community.developer.authorize.net/t5/Integration-and-Testing/ARB-billTo-lastName-if-there-is-... and want to be sure that those fields are not used when processing the credit card.

So here is the question - should first name and last name fields match the card holder's name or not?

Just to confirm, the customer name is not currently verified for credit card transactions.
