Hi,
We are using AuthorizeNet HPP as paymemnt gateway to capture the transactions on our commerce website.
We are facing a random issue. For few transactions which were processed and settled successfully, we are not getting the correct response.
For example: We got the responses like below for few transactions:
1) setImmediate$0.15294066049013533$1
2)
{"target":"metamask-inpage","data":{"name":"metamask-provider","data":{"method":"metamask_chainChanged","params":{"chainId":"0x1","networkVersion":"loading"}}}}
But we are expecting the response in following format:
action=transactResponse&response={"accountType":"MasterCard","accountNumber":"XXXX1745","transId":"80457724047","responseCode":"1","authorization":\"000001\","billTo":{"firstName":"Test","lastName":"User","company":"Test Company","address":"Test Address","city":"Minato-Ku Tokyo","zip":"105-0013","country":"JP"},"totalAmount":"2136.0","dateTime":"5/27/2024 8:37:38 AM"}
Please look into this and let me know the reason.

It sounds like the issue you're experiencing might be due to interference from browser extensions or incorrect handling of responses. The responses like the Metamask related one suggest that a browser extension could be injecting scripts and altering the response. Plz try disabling any browser extensions especially Metamask and test the transactions again. Hope this will clear.....

A hosted payment form response should be secure, user-friendly, and compliant with industry standards such as PCI DSS. Ensure that the response includes clear transaction status, detailed receipts, and any necessary follow-up actions. It's essential to provide customers with a seamless and trustworthy payment experience, fostering confidence in the transaction process.
