Role of oauth with accept.js?

I am new to authorize.net and very much in the learning stages. I have a sandbox account up and running and I have made a number of payment transactions in the sandbox. I am using the Accept Hosted options with an iframe on my side to do a lightbox experience. The end result of this development effort will be a public website for just our company.

I have NOT yet attempted to do anything with the production site, in either test or production mode.

I have been reading the oauth guide at https://developer.authorize.net/api/reference/features/oauth.html and I am confused how it relates to what I have already done. While I understand the process described there to end up with a token and refresh token, I don’t see what I would do with the token and refresh token when working with Accept.js as I am

Can you get me pointed in the right direction regarding how I will (or won’t) need to use oauth?

Thank you
