Today there was a Sandbox outage, and at no time (including at the time of this writing), was it ever reported to the RSS/Atom feed.
I get the sandbox probably isn't all that important 99% of the time, but when I went to run tests and got a near 100% failure rate it took way too long to go "I wonder if they're having an outage" before I checked.
