We have an issue where the "Save" button on the Hosted Customer Profile Page does not change colors to let the user know their payment details are valid and the Save button can be clicked. The Save button should change colors when the payment details can be saved, instead of continuing to be grayed out. This bug causes our users to think they have not completed the form correctly.
It's important to note that clicking the Save button does work properly even though the button itself appears disabled.
How can this be fixed or the colors changed? We cannot adjust via CSS because it's in an iFrame, so this is purely an issue on the Auth.net side with a solution needed from them.
