Submission error using Authorize.net special parameters

I am using TypeForm.com which uses “Pipes” to identify each field. I want to push [pipe:1] and [pipe:2] form values (text) into Authorize.net so I see them when I review my transactions.  https://fs9.formsite.com/SonriseMinistriesInc/child_sponsorship/fill?4=Children's Home&5=Viany Lugom...

I tried the following and continue to get a form error  "Line item 1 is invalid."
x_line_item=[pipe:2]<|>[pipe:1]<|><|><|><|>N

Can you please assist with the Authorize.net Special Parameters that I should use to pass two additional field field values with my transactions? 

Should I be using “x_line_item" or another?
