Support & Hosted Accept Suite

Hi, 

 

Two questions; 

 

1- Is there any support available? I tried to reach the support (3 times) in the last 3 weeks using the support form, but never get a reply.

 

2- I need to have an official answer on Hosted Accept Suite localization. Can we have the Hosted Accept Suite in french? In the forum, I've seen a message (in 2013) indicating that Authorize.net was working on it. After 7 years, this should be available now? It's pretty easy with Stripe.com but my client wants to see if it's available with Authorize.net.

Hey.
Support unfortunately does not work. I also tried to contact many times but nothing worked.
The French version is not available, it seems to me that uh will not be added.
Now we are working on the concept of games from the site, apparently this is more relevant now.

 1. **Support availability** – If the contact form isn’t working, try reaching Authorize.net via their official support phone line or live chat. Response times are usually faster than email.

2. **Hosted Accept Suite localization** – As of now, it is still **not fully localized** into French. The interface supports limited customization (like button labels and text via API), but there isn’t an official complete French version. For full localization, you may need to handle translations on your side or switch to a provider like Stripe that natively supports it.

Best action: Contact Authorize.net support directly by phone for confirmation, but expect limited localization options for Hosted Accept Suite.
