Transaction Issues?

Hi All, Having trouble transacting with ETN. I've got 2 transfers that are "completed" yet the ETN: is "pending" and there's as yet no transaction hash.

First transaction was on the 4th Feb, the other was about 10 hours ago.

Previously had no issues and would have completed transactions within an hour or two.

Anyone experiencing the same, or have any advice?

It's not clear from your description exactly what you're attempting to do.  If you could provide a sample transaction request/response or a transaction id, we can investigate further.
