I use sandbox account for development and testing. The unsettled transaction list for sandbox account shows a list of transactions starting from date sept 1 2016 which are in pending states. I am wondering whether there is a problem in the system currently that is preventing transactions to be settled on schedule. When will the transactions be settled and the settlement will be back on schedule? I appreciate any help! Thanks!
