Updating a ARB subscription

Can I update more than just their credir card information with a ARB Update?

What I need to do, is update their ARB Subscription to hold their Customer ID and Update their address if needed.

Is this possible?  To Update their Customer ID?

It listed in the documentation

For a second when reading the domcumentation, I thought it was only used to update the credit card information.  So I'm guessing I can update anything about the ARB Subscritopion with the few exceptions listed.
