Webhook: GetApiResponse: transrefId not being returned in Production from 5/8/2022

Hi, 

Since Sunday 05/08/2022 2:00 pm PST, we started seeing errors processing webhook notifications. 

GetApiResponse is returning null for transrefId in PRODUCTION. 

In SANDBOX, the API is still returning valid value for transrefId.

What has changed with Authorize.Net? Please fix it.

I believe I am also seeing this as well (or an issue like it) since about the same timeframe.

The "merchantReferenceId" field in the "payload" node of the WebHook Request body is missing, but it is working correctly in the Sandbox Environment.

Also having this issue (in production, not sandbox) with the getTransactionDetailsResponse call.
