Hi I am looking at http://developer.authorize.net/api/reference/index.html#customer-profiles under response for "Prior Authorization Capture". The response code 5 means "Need payer Consent" I am wondering if the payer agrees to pay does authorize.net provide any callback that will allow us to update the transcation to the correct status?

Did you perhaps paste the wrong URL in your message? Need payer consent only applies when using PayPal which cannot be used with customer profiles.
