On Tuesday, May 10, 2016, we will be conducting maintenance on the sandbox environment. New transaction processing ("Authorization Only" and "Authorize and Capture" transactions) should not be affected, however, beginning at 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Pacific time, the following services will be unavailable:
- New sandbox account creation
- Visa Checkout
For 5-10 minutes at both the beginning and end of the maintenance window, the following services will also be unavailable:
- Follow-on transactions (voids, refunds, etc.)
- Sandbox Merchant Interface access
- Customer Information Manager (CIM)
- Automated Recurring Billing (ARB)
- Advanced Fraud Detection Suite (AFDS)
There may be additional intermittent issues with the above services during the maintenance window, but they should be minimal. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience as we work to enhance the payment gateway sandbox environment.
