Authorize.net will no longer be supporting Visa Click to Pay (formerly Visa Checkout) as of May 2022 (exact date to be determined) and will be removing the ability to sign up and enable Visa Click to Pay via our Hosted Payment Form (SIM). Additionally, if you are using Visa Click to Pay via our APIs, we will not immediately remove the ability to submit these calls, but they will fail to process transactions as of May 31, 2022.
What this means:
- Please discontinue using Visa Click to Pay with your Authorize.net account ahead of May 2022.
- If you are using the Authorize.net Hosted Payment Form (SIM), log into the Merchant Interface and disable Visa Click to Pay in the payment form settings.
- If you are using the Authorize.net API to submit Visa Click to Pay transactions, remove that option before May 2022.
