Hello, I’m integrating Cybersource payments on our website and running into issues with transaction handling. While payments are being submitted successfully, the transaction status sometimes doesn’t update correctly in our system, and webhooks aren’t firing consistently. We’re using the latest REST API and following the documentation, but we’re still seeing delays and occasional missing auth/capture updates. We’ve also noticed differences between sandbox and production behavior that make testing tricky.
