As per information here https://developer.cybersource.com/docs/cybs/en-us/platform/relnote/all/na/rn-2026-04-10/rn-announce/... an updated version of message-level encryption (MLE) will become mandatory in order for merchants to use the APIs. Please advise if this is applicable for all the CyberSource API or some number of them. Do we need to migrate from http signature messaging to JWT messaging for the following endpoints: /microform/v2/sessions, /pts/v2/payments and /tms/v1/paymentinstruments/? Should we also implement MLE for these endpoints?
