I’ve noticed that each time I log in, I’m met with several pop-ups and AI prompts before I can reach my dashboard or documents. On average, I have to close at least three overlays just to start working.
I’m not sure if this is expected behavior or a recent change, but it’s starting to slow things down. Has anyone else been running into this? And is there a setting or preference that can help reduce how often these prompts appear?

You can address this issue by checking for a “Preferences” or “Notifications” section in your Cybersource or Authorize.net developer account settings. Look for options to disable AI prompts, tutorials, or pop-up overlays. If there’s no built-in setting, using a modern browser with pop-up blocking enabled or a browser extension that suppresses overlays may help reduce interruptions. For persistent issues, contacting Cybersource support directly is the most reliable way to request a setting change or get guidance.

You’re not alone, a lot of people are seeing this lately. It usually comes from new feature announcements or AI onboarding tips being enabled by default. First thing to check is your settings or preferences for tips, product updates, or AI assistance and turn those off if available. If there’s no option, it’s likely account wide behavior and not something you can fully disable yet. In that case, it’s worth sending feedback to support so they know it’s impacting workflow.
