Hello everyone,
I am integrating the CyberSource REST API in the Sandbox environment using JWT authentication.
Authentication is successful, and my payment request reaches CyberSource successfully. The transaction is created and appears in the Business Center.
However, every authorization fails with:
Reason Code: 150
Reply: Processing Error
Reply Message: The following property is either invalid or missing: usd_outlet_id, usd_terminal_id
Merchant Details:
Environment: Sandbox
Merchant ID: carquest2_1783493765
Processor: fdiglobal
API: POST /pts/v2/payments
I have already verified:
JWT authentication is working.
Request signatures are correct.
Request JSON is valid.
Transactions appear in the Business Center.
Decision Manager shows Early Success, but Card Authorization always fails.
Since the error mentions usd_outlet_id and usd_terminal_id, I suspect this is related to the sandbox merchant's processor configuration.
My questions are:
Has anyone encountered this error before?
Does the sandbox merchant require CyberSource to configure the FDI Global processor with usd_outlet_id and usd_terminal_id?
Is this something that can be resolved by the merchant, or does CyberSource Support need to update the sandbox configuration?
