Unable to configure webhook for productId = "cardProcessing"

 

Hello,

I'm having trouble configuring a webhook on Cybersource when the productId is set to "cardProcessing".

I've followed the official documentation and tried adding a webhook both through the interface and the API, but it doesn't seem to work. I don't see any specific option for "cardProcessing", and no notifications are being sent when transactions are processed.

Is this expected behavior? Are there any restrictions for this productId?
If anyone has successfully set up a webhook for "cardProcessing", I would appreciate any guidance.
