I agree with the above, and made this complaint earlier. There is no
reason to mask the expiration date and this has forced me to store it
myself. I'd rather not have to do that.
Indeed - the whole point of CIM is to store all the information needed
for future transactions. Not only is the CVV not required when
submitting a transaction using a payment profile, there is no way to
provide it if you wanted to. If you somehow wan...
The best suggestion I can offer is to generate a "customer ID" that is
guaranteed to be unique for each transaction. That way there won't be a
duplication. That's how I'm handling the issue.
