Are you still experiencing this issue? If you continue to receive these error messages with a reference # in an HTML body response, you will need to contact Authorize.Net Customer Support by phone at 877-447-3938. Indicate you are receiving an error connecting through Akamai and ask for escalation. You must contact CS quickly as the reference number in the error message expires within 24 hours.
