A number of our customers are having their transactions with us rejected due to AVS errors. The customers contacting customer support insit their address information is correct, and some have verified with their bank. All of the affected customers are in the UK--though not all UK customers are affected. We are not seeing this issue in countries outside the UK.
We get enough of these to be convinced that there is a real issue processing UK payments, but are at a loss for how to figure out whats going on.
We're using AIM in a Python based store, if that helps.
Any ideas on what might be causing this, or how we can investigate? Any help would be appreciated.
