Accept Hosted Create Payment profile

When using the Accept Hosted page to create a payment profile, is there a way to make it so that the customer can only add, update, or select and existing payment method and not remove a payment method? Or have them only able to add a payment method? 

For context, we sell services and we require that customer store a card via profile and we then charge them once the service is complete. I want to switch to using the Accept Hosted page to create the profile but I don't want a customer to be able to remove all credit cards if they are directed to the Accept Hosted page for a pre-existing account.

Accept Hosted is pretty locked-down in terms of UI control. Unfortunately, there’s no built-in way to hide or disable the “Remove” option on stored payment methods. The hosted form always allows customers to delete a card if one exists.
