Having a weird issue with the Accept Hosted Payment Profile form graying out in production. It works fine in test as well as when used in production, but for some reason, a user informed us that when the Accept Hosted Payment Profile form appears, it's grayed out and nothing could be entered into it. The user's OS and Browser used are supported according to https://developer.authorize.net/api/reference/features/accept.html. We cannot recreate the issue on our end with the same OS and Browser. Does anyone know what could be causing the Accept Hosted Payment Profile form to gray out?
