Add reference in expression web?

• Has anyone used expression web as their main web development tool? If so, does anyone know how to add a reference to AuthorizeNet.dll in expression web?
• If this is impossible (as everything has been thus far) can you give me an alternative solution?

It doesn't look like anyone has responded with any examples yet, but someone still may have feedback on expression web.
