Authorize Net Paypal Error

I am trying to set up PayPal on my Authorize Net Sandbox account, but when I go to Digital Payment Solutions and click Sign Up on the Pay Pal section, it takes about 30 seconds before it redirects me to a page that says "Unable to display PayPal information. Please try again later". After reading other posts about PayPal it seems no one else has run into this issue, so I'm wondering if there's a problem with how my account is configured.

I had something happen like this. It was extremely infuriating but simple to fix. For me I used an Amex card and my bank locked my card because there was a lot of high value purchases going through. I would suggest checking with your bank to make sure the card isn’t locked and if it is just give them a call to unlock it after authenticating purchases.
