I work for a web based SAAS company. Within our platform, we currently have setup the option to use Authorize.net (AIM) for our clients who want to Authorize.net as their Payment Processor. Everything works great there. No issues.
But we have a new client who wants to use Chase / Chase Paymentech, and I have been tasked to investigate. After some back and forth with Chase Sales and Chase Dev Support (they didn’t understand I didn’t want a merchant account), they mentioned we would going through Authorize.net. I did not get the definitive answers which I was looking for with Chase. Which lead me to these forums.
Am I correct with the following or am I way off?
Step 1) The new client "will need to call your Merchant Service Provider (Chase Paymentech) and they can help you get setup for an Authorize.Net Payment Gateway account".
Step 2) We can use our existing AIM setup and plug in the new Clients credentials (Login & Transaction Key) which would route the transactions to Chase.
Then we continue to use our current setup. And eventually upgrade off AIM.
Thanks

Hi @mysfour
I believe thats correct .
Also have a look at our OAuth integration in which you will not need merchant credentials/keys to be stored by you .

I have a few technical questions.
Is the following correct?
The new client calls “Chase / Chase Paymentech” and they get an Authorize.Net credentials and we continue to use or existing setup though Authorize.net.
And if so Is the endpoint and other requirements the same?
(We are planning to upgrade off AIM within the next 30 days.)
